a breakfast sandwich consisting of fried eggs, taylor ham (pork roll outside of nj), american cheese and potatoes. the sandwich originated at the taste of italy, a restaurant in ridgewood, new jersey. now can only be found at lepore’s italian market in westwood, new jersey.
