fiend lean
this occurs when a person is so high on various substances such as heroine and pain killers that they begin to lean in a sleep-like state for different lengths of time and then continue what they were saying or doing as if no time had p-ssed at all.
last night i popped 3 vicodin and tried to watch inception, i was so f-cked up i was doing the fiend lean and missed half the movie!
