flagging bullseyes are any clues a person gives off that they’re a foreigner: accents, clothing/style, haircut, wearing a football jersey, and/or wearing clothing with their country’s flag all over it (ie at international sporting events).
they must be brazilian; they have flagging bullseyes of their country’s flag on their faces.
