Flip and Cut
an action taken by angry drivers, usually in rush-hour. if a motorist is aggravated by another driver, he or she may feel the urge to “flip off and cut off” the other car.
p-ssenger: “hey, bob, that -sshole in front of you probably has 100 or so anti-republican b-mper stickers.”
driver: “i hate democrats. i’m gonna give him the flip and cut.”
