a polite way to describe someone who is either a ‘overtly flaming camp h-m-s-xual male’. example – a male who may be wearing 6 inch platform boots, some sort of latex, rubber arrangement. make up that would make a cross dresser cringe and hair that looks like a rosella was raped by a peac-ck.
or – female of the premiscuous variety. a bit of a slapper or party onion who doesn’t mind throwing themselves at the male species. both have a penchant for a serving of ‘p-n-s action’.
