an infection most commonly contracted after the completion of frosh/orientation/welcome week. most commonly found in post secondary students. notably vulnerable sub-populations include freshman and frosh leaders. symptoms include: sore throat, lost voice, exhaustion, and the desire to cheer at strangers. it also increases susceptibility to real sickness
