coca-cola icee beverage regularly found at theaters and quickie marts. blow is a common slang term for cocaine, which increased in popularity and awareness after the johnny depp/penelope cruz movie of the same name, blow. cocaine was an original ingredient in coca- cola, thus the name, frozen blow.
concession employee: “sir, what kind of tasty beverage would like during the showing of your movie tonight?”
