stealing a deal (order) someone else has been working on while they are off and putting it into your own name. then getting paid an extra (gash) bonus for doing it.
dan: what happened to that deal i was working on?
mark: he called yesterday when you were off.
dan: is he going to deal?
mark: yes, i dealt him up yesterday in my name, i’ve also been paid a gash bonus
