a pejorative term for heteros-xual males. the word “gash” meaning v-g-n- and the term “picker” being what heteros-xual males tend to pick said “gash” with. the term can also be pejorative to females, regardless of s-xual orientation, although that depends. the term was first coined by a london queen, who for the sake of this definition we shall call rvs, after he b-tch slapped someone who had called him a f-g. he then proceeded to call that person a “f-cking gash picker”
