(n): the act of gorging oneself on gingerbread flavored treats, esp. gingerbread cookies, and esp. during the holiday season.
last christmas i engaged in a very satisfying gingey-binge while watching bedkn-bs and broomsticks.
that pile of gingerbread cookies will be no more after a delicious gingey-binge.
