go Scrooge yourself
a phrase used when someone shows particular animosity towards the christmas spirit, commonly to get them to b-gg-r off and get with the season. usually, it acts and supplements as a more personable and holiday appropriate way of telling someone ‘go screw yourself’.
person #1: come on, turn off that christmas music! it’s so irritating!
person #2: don’t be such a grinch.
person #1: seriously, man. don’t make me come down their.
person #2: you know what, dude? go scrooge yourself.

a term used in rugby for when someone throws a rubbish p-ss and it goes to ground b-lls being p-ssed and it goes to ground colin: ‘gr-ssp-ss!’
