Gromulii
a set or collection of surfing and skateboarding maggotry. usually, between the age of 10-20, hanging out on corners. with the attire of straight legged pants, backwards baseball caps, and surf-dude mentality. extremely annoying.
note: a gromulus is the leader of a pack of gromulii.
