act of attending a grocery store to obtain food and other necessary supplies without attending to any basic hygiene such as a shower, deodorant, washing your face or anything else one would normally do prior to going out in public and handling errands.
we went grossery shopping early sat-rday morning to beat the crowds but we were totally sc-mmy because we just got out of bed and headed down there.
