when an individual makes a statement and a nearby person remarks “cool story hansel” sarcastically, the person making the first statement has been hanseled.
one who is hanseled normally has feelings of unimportance or social awkwardness.
denise: oh my gosh, i have to write an entire paper by monday and i have to buy some makeup!
thomas: cool story hansel.
cindy: hahahaha you just got hanseled denise!
