Heckle & Jeckle
heckle & jeckle are a pair of identical twin crow cartoon characters created by paul terry. they basically go around looking for trouble and people (mostly r-t-rded dogs) that they can punish and har-ss for no good reason.
heckle & jeckle are the coolest crows in the world but i wish they were for hire so i could send over to wills house to beat his -ss and teach him a thing or two about respect.
