when an individual is so cooked, they transition into a stage of hektikness that mere mortals cannot comprehend. they live by their own rules and engage in behaviour that is well beyond their abilities or knowledge. they maintain an absolute mindset that they will do anything and everything to be the most hektik of gods creatures. many innocent people will fall victim to the vortex that is created by this almost mythical creature. you cannot simply reason with a man in this state you must only sit by and quietly admire their pure thirst for chaos and complete lack of planning and dismal execution of their various ventures.
