hexa meaning h-lla (or very) and bootsie is often used for uncool so the term hexa bootsie refurs to “very uncool”
sometimes, like the words sick or d-mn, it has the opposite meaning so it mean “very cool” (i use it this way)
so “d-mn… that girl is hexa bootsie” could mean “wow that girl is hot”
