n; a random motorist on the highway/interstate, that helps you break up thick traffic by clearing a path through aggressive driving. (generally a person you follow behind, thus making you the sidekick, (see “highway sidekick.)).
guy 1: wow! you sure got here quick!
guy 2: i know right? it’s all thanks the bro in the red s-10, he was my highway hero on i-75.
guy 1: highway heroes are the best. wanna go scope out some b-tches?
