a fine fellow from appalachia who tries to act better than he is but does not have the education to pull it off. term that is only used among hillbillies regarding some of their own.
he is a hillbilly who tries to act like a hillwilliam with all the big words he uses, but he only made it to the 6th grade and they placed him twice, so that makes him a hillw-lly.
