Hobo Chunk
the tastiest piece of hobo meat. can be found under the shoulder blades of homeless people, and extracted using a very sharp knife. most often used in hobo stew, but can be made into “fillet de hobo” or a hobo chunk sandwich.
the hobo chunk last night sucked. it was way too tough!
