the feeling one gets when they call tech support/customer service and cannot understand the person on the other end of the line due to a heavy accent
person: h-llo. can you help me with a problem i’m having on my new computer?
tech support: o ye ve kan hep yoo.
person: what?
tech support: isay ve ka nhep oo.
person: i’m feeling some major homeland obscurity right now. bye.
