an arab male who exhibits behavior that tends to be h-m-s-xual. examples are the ayatollahs deep french kissing young boys or saudi princes holding hands with president bush. pretty much all other arab males as well, just that they haven’t been caught yet.
also, any arab or indian who hits you up in a chat-room even though he knows you’re a guy.
