a word first used by right wing bloggers to describe gay activists. much similar to the gay agenda the h-m-mafia can be used to describe a variety of seemingly ordinary individuals such as teachers, nurses, police officers, business owners, and others who just happen to be gay and vocal when it comes to being discriminated against.
