1) when a person (or a hooker) is disposed of by being pushed out of the open door of a moving vehicle.
2) when a person (or a hooker) deliberately hurls themselves out of the open door of a moving vehicle and rolls away to safety.
example 1 – “shut yer mouth, ya crazy b-tch! i’m not payin’ ya to talk. just remember, yer but one hooker roll away from joinin’ the rest of the roadkill out there so shut yer wordhole, ya hear?!”
example 2 – “after my hands were finally free, i slapped the gun from his grip, opened the door and flung myself from the van. this wasn’t the first time i had to hooker roll away from a priest”
