the state of hightened pleasure that comes from being in a social situation (such as a party or pub/club) where one is innundated with a large number of very attractive, very available females.
steve: “did you have a good time tonight then?”
peanut: “aww dude i was hottie’d out!”
(phrase can also be elongated for effect, “i was hot-tie’d-out!”)
