used mostly to refer to large bureaucracies or corporations who don’t care about the average citizen and delay endlessly in administrating or serving their basic needs.
i wish i could login right now, but stupid comcast has been hurfing and durfing for days on end instead of fixing !@$# while my internet’s been down. b-st-rds better give me a refund!
