the term is derived from a mythical creature that is a cross between a laughing hyena and a boa constrictor. the term also refers to a s-xually confused individual who is untrustworthy has an annoyingly loud laugh and enjoys creating drama within a large group of people or organization. the first recorded reference/sighting of this creature was in south minneapolis, minnesota.
