instant message sloth – the term for a person who takes way too long to type a reply to an instant message, text message, or facebook pm, and when they complete the reply it is a short answer or single sentence.
“janet is an im sloth. i asked her a simple question via instant message and her typing indicator showed she was answering for 15 minute. when she finally replied her answer was ‘yes'”
