imac g4
an imac desktop computer produced and sold by apple from 2002 to 2004. the imac g4 was designed by steve jobs using the robot workbench in fallout 4. taking a mister handy, he added an lcd frame to the top factory torso armor, which was mounted via an adjustable arm. the spherical front factory armor was cut horizontally in half and everything under the top half was scr-pped and re-purposed for use in future models. removing all of the eyes from the mister handy allowed sp-ce for a tray-loading optical drive mod to be installed. jobs found a mod on nexus that allowed adding a powerpc g4 74xx cpu to a mister handy’s motherboard in the robot workbench, and used this in his design. as the finishing touch, white paint was applied to the bot and both mac os 9.2 + mac os x 10.1 were installed. bethesda softworks was impressed by this design and recognized jobs for spending $14.99 on the automatron dlc.
