god loves it when we draw our strength, wisdom, and favor from him, instead of us always worrying about whether our good deeds would please him or not—the bible tells us that it’s better to be a mary than a martha.

when you bang a mom and steal her kid’s lunch on the way out. i stopped over at sarah’s during my lunch break and realized i wasn’t going to have time to stop for lunch, and gave her the dirty bully.

when you line up a group of troubled youngsters or gangsters and count them off to decide which one will be forced on a death march. children are taught this via a lovely nursery rhyme. 1) it’s a goose count, gather in line!
