a small internet fad created when a pirates of the carribean 2 fan created a song from the famous potc2 phrase, “…come to negotiate, you slimy git? look what i’ve got. i’ve got a jar of dirt! i’ve got a jar of dirt! and guess what’s inside it…” said by the character jack sparrow. the main centre for this fad is the site ytmnd, although many videos for the song “i’ve got a jar of dirt remix” have been uploaded to youtube.
