Julian Drink
a mixture of rum and c-ke (mostly rum) in a small scotch gl-ss with enough ice to hear a jingle from at least 10 feet away. in order for it to be a true julian drink, you must carry it at all times, while doing various illegal activities, including breaking and entering, robbery, and illegal drug trafficing.
