referring to the less attractive girls at a restaurant specilaing in hot/busty waitresses (hooter’s, tilted kilt, twins peaks, etc). they usually work the non-peak hours, typically in the dead period after the lunchtime rush or late nights on weekdays (non thursday-sat-rday). they probably have a great personality but they aren’t the best to look at.
