Kaki King
an amazing female guitarist who has created a unique approach to the acoustic guitar. king’s percussive technique is a combination of an open tuning playing style similar to that of leo kottke and justin king (no relation) as well as a 2 handed tapping style reminiscent of victor wooten and stanley jordan. she is also a pretty cool chick.
her discography so far is : everybody loves you (2003), legs to make us longer (2004), and until we felt red (2006).
kaki king is the goddess of acoustic guitar.
