amtrak backwards. very fitting to those that work there. it is the opposite of karma or at the very least feast or famine mentality. one day kartma is setting the world on fire with rumors of new equipment and high speed rail and the next day a freighter pulls in another ge p42 and we are told to go take parts off of a dead unit to fix the other dead unit that just came in….one step forward….three steps back!!!!
