a russian exercise tool that dates back to the 1700’s. it resembles a cannonball with a handle welded onto it. although it is very un-ssuming, it is a sinister training tool that will seriously kick your b-tt if you train correctly with it. it is a favorite of mma fighters and strongman compet-tors.
