Kiting
in an mmorpg, you can grab a mob’s attention and keep walking away from it which pulls it along. not unlike a kite
some guys in wow were kiting a high level boss character into stromwind and got banned.
basicaly a hit-and-run technique commonly used in (but not limited to) mmorpg games (attacking monster then running, then attacking again.)
game: hey i just kited that monster.
chatroom: that spammer is kiting and i cant kick him out.
