Kuronbo


a derogatory j-panese term used to describe those of african ancestry. this expression is the combination of two j-panese nouns, “kuro” and “bou”– the former being the proper term for the color black and the latter being an old-fashioned slang term roughly equivalent to “boy.”

while “kuronbo” literally translates to “black boy,” the common usage of the the applied expression and implied negative undertones could be loosely defined as the slang equivalent of “n-gg-r.”
