getting “kurt cobain’d” pretty much equals to getting shot in the face by a shotgun. (also referred as “shotgun rain to the face”)
it is also a reference to the death of the nirvana band’s lead singer, kurt cobain, who committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with a shotgun.
