lawtey florida is a small town located in north-east florida along us-301. it is a recognized speed trap according to the american auto -ssociation (aaa). there is one public school in lawtey, which is lawtey elementry school. there is one intersection in the town with a fully functional traffic light. the police dept, fire dept, and city hall are all housed in the same double-wide mobile home.
