a day of celebration of lebron james’ talents in which individuals leave the work day 12 minutes early. initially celebrated on june 13th, 2011- a day after lebron james failed to show up to work in the 4th quarter for the sixth game in a row against dallas.
ryan: hey man, you staying till 5?
ross: no dude, it’s lebron james day. work ends 12 minutes early today.
