a particularly frightening nightmare. one that relates closely to personal or life issues.
after experiancing a particularly disturbing lifemare, one may be compelled to change an aspect of their life or way of living.
lifemare (noun): another word for a human life, especially when the life is bad enough to be mistaken for a nightmare.
jim was exhausted by his lifemare; it seemed the odds were always against him and he never got a stroke of luck.
