when a man stands over a woman and places his b-lls just above her mouth (like teabaging). the woman then licks them rapidly with the tip of her tounge. thus the women is licking and the man is dingling= lingling
“hey baby, let me lingle you…”
“yo girl, you want me to give you a lingle?”
man 1: “dude i totally lingled this chick last night!”
man 2: “oh man that’s awesome! who was she???”
