a name given to a white female who is sensitive yet tough, usually is indecisive, tries her very hardest to impress people, doesn’t have many friends but the ones she does have will stick around for the rest of her life. typically has sparkling hazel/green eyes, blonde/ light brown hair, and lips that are as perfect as the dimples on her lower back. always is way more mature than her age and is short.. not a midget just short. every inch of her skin is like silk, and her waist curves perfectly down into her hips. her b–bs will never be small…. ever, and her b-tt is the best b-tt i’ve ever seen on a white girl. all in all… you take one look at the girl called linsey and you wish she were yours even though she’s always the one that got away or can never be had.
