the local members of the opposite s-x that you are looking out for. often used by males to describe female members of the human race by guys that are looking for them, where they converge in a specific area.

a person who is considered beneath you or anyone you -ssociate with. a person who is not as attractive or up to your normally high standards in appearance and education. local talent, ugly, stupid, unattractive, beneath you
ex. “oh, don’t worry about him, he’s just the local talent.” or “who do you think you’re dealing with, the local talent?” or… “you know better than to treat me like the local talent!”
