n 1. a small (or small-ish), non-destructive- piece of art made to be left or given anonymously by one person to the next.
a loogee can be anything from a drawing of a hotdog talking to a salad, to a sketch of a tugboat puffing his cigarette to a drawing of frankenstein in a bathrobe.
