math needn’t be a four-letter word
that failure in school math doesn’t mean that one has to bury the most disliked school subject for life—one can still appreciate math as an indispensable tool for science and technology.
mr. ian hopes that his enthusiasm for teaching the applications of math could change the att-tudes of his mathophobic students that math needn’t be a four-letter word that they’d avoid by all means and at all costs.
