describes the actions of a low-level manager at a sh-tty workplace, eg mcdonald’s or somewhere similar, who exerts his or her authority to be a d-ckhole just for the sake of it.

when confronted, will usually hide behind lame excuses like “that’s what corporate wants”.
person 1: dude, (manager name) is starting to get on my nerves giving me split shifts every day of the week, when i told him i need to go take care of sh-t this week.
person 2: yeah, he’s mcpowertripping pretty hard.
