native to mesa arizona displaying general swelling of the face, down syndromesque, fetal alcohol-having characteristics or other white trash traits. most noticeable personality-wise propensity towards guns, atvs, wal-mart, extreme liking of cats, extreme sports but yet never partic-p-ting i.e. paint balling. the term is not locally specific it can be used to describe and fugly white trash hillbilly / shovel-face creature.
