a meter fairy is another word for a parking enforcement officer. parking enforcement officers just give everyone a hard time and a bad day over the most minuscule things. meter fairies can be found har-ssing impoverished individuals and college students daily. they ruin someone’s day and hinder their success by wasting their time. meter fairies seem to usually have a smart -ss and rude att-tude. thats what happens when someone has fake authority.

guy 2: he gave that guy a ticket for parking in a sp-ce and saying he cannot park there.
guy 1 : but there are two hundred empty parking sp-ces
